Gently blow into the bottom of the device via charging port to push out blockage 

Clearing the Cartridge:
If the distillate is too thick and clogging the cartridge, warm it slightly with your hands or a hairdryer to improve flow.
Avoid using sharp objects to clear blockages, as this can damage the cartridge.

Consult the Manufacturer:
If blockages persist and you’re unable to clear them, contact the manufacturer’s customer support for guidance.

Device Not Producing Vapor:
Ensure the battery is charged.

Device not Charging
Clean the charging port with a gentle brush to remove any debris.
Use a different charging cable and adapter to eliminate possible accessory issues.
If the device still doesn’t charge, there could be a battery or circuit problem. Contact the manufacturer for guidance.

Weak or No Flavor:
Verify that the cartridge or pod has enough distillate left. A low level can result in weak or no flavor.

If the distillate is too thick, it might not be wicking properly. Allow it to warm up slightly before use.

Leaking or Gurgling:
Store the device upright to prevent leakage.
If the vape pen has been stored horizontally, let it sit upright for a while before using to allow any excess distillate to settle.
